All facets should append a URL parameter so BOS can bookmark queries
Back button should be modified to remove last filter applied (as if adding the URL params are like going to a new page)
Selecting facets will refresh the page.

I provided JS interaction for handling sub-facets and indeterminate checkboxes. Necessary?

This can be avoided without a patch.
- If a checkbox pattern has a follow-up, remove the following attributes:
  - aria-controls
  - data-follow-up
  - aria-expanded
- For the checkbox's corresponding follow-up, remove the following attributes
  - id
  - hidden - though this is applied when not showing on the page if including in the DOM
- here is the code for displaying an indeterminate checkbox: <input class="sba-c-checkbox sba-c-checkbox--indeterminate" id="refer_someone_else" type="checkbox" name="review_type">
