Once you accept this case for processing, the firm can’t add contributors. For the first year in Certify, these people must provide their information during screening:

Owners claiming disadvantage
Spouses of all owners claiming disadvantage
Everyone who owns at least 10% of the firm
Officers
Directors
Board members
Managers
Partners

Before you accept this case for processing, please make sure that you have all the necessary documentation from the district office. If you need the district office to change their recommendation, please return this case to the district office before you accept it for processing.
